Support & common questions

Do I need an account or internet connection?

No account is needed to play. Games run offline, and two-player Duel uses one shared device rather than online matchmaking. Opening support or privacy links uses your browser and an internet connection.

How do I fold on iPhone or iPad?

Use the game's on-screen fold controls. On Duo, the physical fold is part of play. iPhone battle pages use landscape orientation.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress and preferences are saved locally on your device. The app does not provide an account or a developer-operated cloud-sync service. Device backups may be managed by your operating system. Removing the app can remove its local saves.

I can't hear the paper sounds.

Open Paper & play settings and enable Sound effects. Check media volume and connected headphones. Enable Play sounds in Silent Mode if you want effects when your device is muted.

What should I include in a bug report?

Tell us your device model, operating-system version, app version, the mode you were playing, and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot can help, but remove names, notifications, and anything private first.
